Sunday - Sept 10th - (Yesterday)

14 Mile Bike Ride & Light Stretching

Im a little sore and tired today but I really want to push through that and begin the process of getting back into shape. I feel like I've started this process a thousand times.



Had to be in Detroit for business this week so I drove up last night. They have a gym here so I 'll be checking it out on Today... I don't really know where to begin.
 
Day 2

Ive been reading through the pages here and Im getting al ittle smarter that I was...

Here is what I've learned.

1. While im over weight, cardio is shot and just plain out of shape, starting is better than not starting.

2. Even though Im over weight I still want to bulk up and that is a process.

3. I should eat up to 6 meals a day - I dont know what to eat yet... - and hit the weights

4. Since I want to bulk up I should do higher weight and less reps

5. Some warm up excercise is a very good idea - Foam rolls and what not.

6. Stretch after my workout!

If im missing anything please let me know...
