Sport Pasta Sauce

Sport Fitness
Hi guys,
I have a question about the pasta and i was wandering what you guys think. I just whole wheat pasta and also a sauce for it. The sauce has like 4g of fat but no saturated fat and like 4g of sugar in 1/2 cup. I was wandering is this a pretty healthy combination? I was thinkinh it would be because of no sat fats. I think the fats come from the extra virgin olive oil they added in it which i think is healthy right? I read up on the ingredients and it does'nt say anywhere that they added sugar in it so i think that sugar is comming from the tomatoes right? I ate that with cottage cheese so i think i got a pretty healthy meal with fats, protein and carbs? I hope i am right haha. What do u guys think? Thanks a lot :)

i think thath this is a good product if it hasn't sugar added but i prefer to eat always fresh products and so pasta with little fresh tomate olive oil not cook and cottage chese....in this way you are sure that all the procusts are really healthy for you.....i belive.....my nutinional choose are always natural.bye bye

doesn't sound too bad. just make sure you measure out an actual serving...usually 1/4 to 1/2 cup depending on style and brand.

i sometimes just use olive oil and a little low fat parmesian, garlic and black pepper.
