Sport Pancakes w/ protein

Sport Fitness
The other day I went shopping for healthy stuff at the supermarket. I bought various whole wheat grain products and veggies and egg whites, etc. While I was there I remembered reading something about protein pancakes on this site. So I bought the Aunt Jemima whole wheat pancake mix.

I thought I had seen something about adding whey protein to the mix and possibly some other ingredients? Now that I check I see that most of the pancake recipes aren't actually pancakes, just creations prepared in a similar manner. Or they are made from scratch rather than mixes. So how should I go about adding the whey to the pancake mix in order to make it tasty and nutritious?

I don't see how that could be a bad idea... adding some whey shouldn't make much of a difference, but then again, I'm not much of a cook.

LOL

theres some extravagant ones out there, but i just do a simple one

i grind up 1/2 cup of oats in a coffee grinder then mix with two whole eggs and two egg whites, stevia and cinammon. then cook

my normal breakfast is oats and eggs. so when i dont have time to sit and eat, i'll do up these ahead of time and just reheat and eat on the go :)

flaxseed

you can add some flaxseed to the mix in powder and it dosen't change the texture or taste.
it really good for you
