Weight-Loss Pale Skin

Hey everyone, I'm new and have been trying to lose weight for the last couple of months, and am doing so quite successfully.

One thing though, before and even now - my skin has always been quite pale. What sort of foods can I eat to help it gain a more healthier colour? I picked up some iron tablets this morning, I hear they help. But I'd just like to incorporate some more foods into my diet to help me out.

Any suggestions?

Pale is a healthy color. I don't think there are any foods that would darken your complexion.
