Hey everyone, I'm new and have been trying to lose weight for the last couple of months, and am doing so quite successfully.
One thing though, before and even now - my skin has always been quite pale. What sort of foods can I eat to help it gain a more healthier colour? I picked up some iron tablets this morning, I hear they help. But I'd just like to incorporate some more foods into my diet to help me out.
Any suggestions?
