Hi all,
Recently i'v progressed from 4-5km runs to 6-7km runs. Since starting the 6-7kms I have been getting pains in my feet,legs.
It starts off on the ball of my feet, then as i continue running it moves to the backs of my ankles & if i stop and walk it shoots up my legs!
Its VERY painfull! I'm thinking it might be the shoes? But i have been training in the same shoes for 4 weeks so far, this has just started as iv started running further..
Any ideas to why this is happening?
I am training for a 12km run which is in 3 weeks, im hoping il be ready in time!
