ok so i took a break from training for xmas and new year as my family and i were always out seeing family and friends you know the usual bs lol. so i havnt trained in about 3 weeks, the past week i have been trying to get back into running, before i took a break i was running 2.5km a day, so i would think im fit for it. but yeah i have no idea whats up, the pain is right in the joints in my knees, as soon as i start running i feel the pain and i need to stop. if anyone could shed some light it would be great.
