Hello Everyone,
So recently I have been looking for ways to spice up my workouts and a week ago I decided to try some inclined sit ups (where my head is lower then my hips in the starting position). When I first tried these a little over a week ago I was fine and it made my abs feel a little more sore then usual. I then did them again 2 days later and felt a pain in my belly button. It's been about a week since the first occurrence of this pain and I have only ever felt it again when doing the inclined sit ups, I never feel it when I am doing other ab exercises and I have been doing the inclined sit ups as the last of my ab exercises. There have even been instances where I have not felt the pain when doing the exercise.
I have done some research and some of the things that the belly button pain could be seem a little extreme since I only ever feel the pain during the exercise. My question is should I really be too worried at this point? Should I maybe stop doing that exercise for a while?
