Pain (in a good way)

I rode my bike to day for about 80 mins this mourning and I was planing on running later in the day. But, my upper legs fell sore. I fell it when I walk, get up and sit down. It's a good kind of sore though. Should I run? I would most likely start running and work though the pain (it might even go away while running) but I'm afraid after wards It'd be worse.

( I didn't strech before biking...)
 
Stretching before and after exercise is essential. Your legs are big muscle groups. Rest them until they are not sore.
 
yea you might wanna stretch next time.. before and after. the pain might be from the build up of lactic acid.. running might actually do your legs some good.. not to high paced in the beginning though
 
I usually do both. One in the mourning, and then one at around 5:30 pm.
That bad?
