Packed on some pounds..

I'm a chunky guy,

I'm 18, I'm 5'10 251, but its not as fat as it sounds. I'm damned by braud shoulders so my weight is always more than i look. at 235 pounds or so I was able to run 3.4 miles with a light jogg and no stops or walking (it took a while to get up to that point). I havnt ran in probibly 2 months due to laziness and some other stuff.

I went running today and i was STUNNED by how out of shape i was. I can't even run a 7th of a mile without walking.

so my question is, if I've already gotten to the point where I can get up to running 3-4 miles each outing, how quickly can i expect to possibly be back to that point if I'm running 3-4 days a week?
