p90x or Insanity?

Anyone use them, or know how well they work (or could compare the two?)

Short background: I'm about 5'5" ish and 125 lbs with somewhere around 10-11% bodyfat. I'm looking to build muscle, but also want to knock that percentage down a bit. Anyone done Insanity or p90x or know anyone that did? Does it work? I hear it's mostly geared toward weight loss, I don't have much to lose though. Does it build muscle as well?
Currently I go to the gym about 3 times a week and do some basic cardio and weightlifting (light weights compared to most guys, I'm sure.) I was looking for something a little more structured and intense, but maybe Insanity or p90x aren't the right things.
I also am looking at "No nonsense muscle building" (Vince Delmonte) but... meh, I don't know.

suggestions? questions? thanks in advance

They absolutely work! I have done Insanity and it is tough. You think you are in shape until you do it. It is a fully structure 6 day a week program that is really good. You use no weights for it only your body and it does a great job. P90X on the other hand is also very good but does have you purchase weights or bands. It is more on the muscle building side. There is a new program that is even tougher than Insanity, it is called Insanity: The Asylum. I have no tried it yet but it is said to be even harder. It is more sports training.

They really are fantastic programs. I have some videos posted on my blog. Go here: Feel free to pop me an email.

Both P90X and Insanity show awesome results. I personally have tried Insanity. I managed to get through about two weeks of it before I discovered I do not have the coordination to safely do those fast-paced exercises.

If you want to add muscle size, P90X is the way to go. Insanity is more aerobic in nature and will get you lean but won't do much in the way of adding size.

I have tryed both the classic p90x and the Insanity and i think they are great. If you travel I suggest you get a JourneyGym tho. Its a portable resistance band gym that you can take anywhere. Great find im tellin ya
