Dear All.

I experienced 2 weeks of full sport activity, healty food and weight loss, thanks to a blog.

Yes! I started my own blog where I have my diary of all my activities and also the improvements. I must say, that having a log where you record everything it helps a lot, expecially for the motivation.

Today you have a lot of plattforms to build your blog/diary. Try it and you will see that will help you.
