w/o: 30 minute FITNESS video total toning

b: 1.33 c. KASHI mighty bites, blueberries, and 2% milk

l: 3 egg white omelette w/ black bean spread/roasted pepper spread, rf shredded cheese and ff sour cream; yoplait light smoothie; baby carrots

s: glenny's "spud delights" and a cinnamon roll larabar

d: 5 oz chicken breast and 2 ears of corn w/ light promise and salt

dessert: 2 scoops edy's light chocolate w/ glazed walnuts on a cone

Melodious Monday Meals

b: 1.25 c. mighty bites w/ ~1.5 TB wheat bran, 3/4 c. organic 2% milk, a banana; a few cashews

l: PB and J on ww; baby carrots and kiwi; glass of skim milk

p wo: yoplait light w/ .25 c. golean crunch

w/o: 33 min intervals on the treadmill; 10 mins weights; 8 min cool down

I felt so good after this workout. I have always been a lame runner/cardio- of- any- form participant but I managed to work my way up with my intervals over the past few months so now I can sprint between speed walking/jogging :)

d: 1 serving ww pasta w/ crumbled turkey burger on top and homemade roasted cherry tomato sauce

s: frozen orange maya bar

What is kashi Mighty bites? I have never heard of it, they must not sell it over here. That is my favorite cereal brand, and whenever they have a new cereal out I have to try it lol
 
Hello there! KASHI mighty bites is their version of childreb's cereal. Basically, it tastes like cheerios w/ a light dusting of sugar. I like them better than cheerios since they are higher in protein ( 120 cals, 3 g fiber, 5 g protein per cup). I am also a HUGE kashi fan and have to try anything new. If you can get them, try their new TLC pumpkin flax crunchy granola bars and the dark choc. cherry chewy bars. THEY ARE SO YUMMY :p
 
Tumultuous Tusday Dining

Actually, the only tumultuous event in dining today is going to Coldstone Creamery for my dad's free b-day ice cream ;) Also, you def. need to go try those granola bars....mmmm....

l: PB on ww sandwich; baby carrots and a necterine; 3/4 c. 2% milk

d: turkey breast, sweet corn, and steamed veggies from Boston Market...uhm, this is currently killing my poor belly

dessert: Coldstone Creamery...mmmm...sinless sweet cream "like it" size w/ butterfinger...so yummy!

w/o: Pilates DVD plus a few additional ab excercises I like to do

dessert: Coldstone Creamery...I guess I am lucky because I actually HATE their real ice cream because it seems almost ?gummy? to me...so I always get the sinless sweet cream which has this perfect texture and light creamy flavor. SO I will get sinless sweet cream (like it size) w/ either berries OR banana and nilla wafers OR butterfinger depending on my mood

OMG, that sounds sooooooo good. Think of us while you're eating it.
 
haha, I am notorious for that amongst my friends...I always talk about cooking or new things I have tried so then they always want the things I talk about ;)
 
Wednesday

My stomach died last night (don't ask, trust me) so I woke up really hungry and odd feeling in the head this morning. I figure it may also be that way because my mom gave me charcoal pills to make me feel better but they just made me feel worse...a lot worse.

b: 1 c. go lean crunch, 1 c. blueberries, 1 c. light vanilla soy milk

s: soy milk and banana smoothie

l: leftover chicken/veggie stir fry (from a freezer mix) w/ brown rice; clif z bar

p w/o: yogurt and some granola

w/o: same intervals as monday

d: ww pasta w/ turkey meat sauce

s: 2 scoops edy's light on a cone w/ a few peanuts

hehe, yeah, charcoal pills...my mom takes them for her tummy because she has IBS problems and she figured they would help my stomach as well. I however had a VERY adverse reaction and subsequently lost everything in my belly. I feel better now though.
