Overweight to underweight? What do I do?

Over the last 20 months I accomplished my goal of losing my excess weight. I am 6 foot 4 and went from being 260 pounds to 165 pounds. People now tell me that I am too skinny and I have trouble disagreeing. I was able to sustain 175 for a month or so, but when summer came around I started running 6 days a week and that made me lose the very last bit of fat I had. Running is just something that makes sense to me now. I don't want to give that up just to put some weight back on. I now run 4 miles a day in less than 45 minutes. After that I do 200 sit-ups, followed by 200 reps with a 25lb dumbbell, and 50 pushups. I have a decent amount of muscle in my biceps and I feel good, but I do see myself as scrawny now. I get plenty of protein by drinking protein shakes after my workout. I'm just not sure what else to do. I don't even restrict myself diet-wise. Any tips you have for building some more muscle mass would be very helpful to me.

When you run, you lose alot of calories, so I say stop running as much or just stop it all together, if you want to gain weight, you need all the calories you can get and 200 reps of bicep curls( i'm guessing that's what your doing) won't gain you mass, you need to do about 8-10 reps with a weight that will only allow you to complete the desired number.
I'm not an expert or anything but this is the basic stuff I know, also just try looking around the forums and you will find alot of threads on basic info.
