Overweight 14 yr old male

Hi,

I'm 14 years old and about 5'5 150 lbs. In the fall I play contact football, spring goalie in soccer, and am considering taking up lacrosse. I am looking to get into proper shape for these upcoming seasons. Through this summer I would like to lose somewhere around 15-20 lbs in roughly 1 to 1.5 months. I've just started a workout regiment of biking about 1.4 mi ,and running 2 miles a day, and about 50 sit-ups for about 4 days a week (with summer heat). I'm a non-vegetarian Asian-Indian so my diet has a considerable amount of rice, protein, and starch, not to mention I eat a lot of fruits. How long do you reckon it'll take to lose?? I'm moving to a different state soon so the sooner I lose it the better.

EDIT: wow I'm an idiot it somehow slipped my mind that the main goal of the thread was to ask how long do you think it'll take to lose?

20 pounds is about a stone or 9 kilos. I'm not an expert but to lose that in a month is not healthy.
