Overexertion/Low Blood Sugar?

Since I have been training, I have had three instances where I felt like HELL once my heart rate came down.

The first time was in the beginning and I was pushing myself too hard by trying to work out in the morning and in the afternoon. At the end of that week, my body just gave out and when I left the gym I felt dizzy, irritated, light was hurting my eyes, tired but couldn't lay down.

The second time was two weeks ago. This was the worst time! I know it's easy to say it was because of my diet for the day since I was too busy to eat until lunch time, and when I did, it was a grilled chicken salad. I also barely had any water that day. Well, it just so happened that I had an extremely brutal hour and a half training session that day, and as soon as I left the gym I drove across the street to the store to get orange juice. I was shaking like a leaf and felt really dizzy. By the time I got home, my head was spinning, I was shaking, my ears were ringing, my pulse was pounding away, and gagging but nothing coming up. This lasted for hours until I finally passed out. I was so scared of feeling like that ever again, that I psyched myself out of working out intensely for about a week and I still get nervous when my heart rate goes up because I'm worried it will happen again.

The third time was this past Sunday. I was alone at the gym and running on the treadmill in intervals. The fastest I went was 5.8 which certainly shouldn't have been a problem since I go faster than that all the time and for longer periods of time. It didn't get as bad as the other two times, but I felt some of the same symptoms.

Everyone I have talked to is saying blood sugar, but I'm not sure if I can agree and this is why: The third time, I had oatmeal, and apple and some orange juice for breakfast. I had a grilled chicken sandwich on wheat bread for lunch and I had lots of water before my workout.

Does anyone know any reasons why this could be happening?

Also, has anyone been overexerted and what are the symptoms you feel?

You actually passed out? You should definately see a doctor.

No, sorry for the confusion. I meant that I fell asleep. Sorry!

ok, lol. Well, I'd still see a doc about it. It could be about blood sugar, but getting that extreme after an hour of working out isn't normal.. you could have some problems with regulating your blood sugar. Just keep in mind though, I'm no doc, so you should go see one.
