I gained some, its rather normal so I hear to gain a little around the winter. It can help keep you warm. Just as long as you shed some of it during the spring and summer time Stay eating healthy too and keep up the excerscise.
I haven't dares weigh myself since the festive season! Yesterday was my first day in the gym since early December. First I had a cold, then I just got drunk for 3 weeks (had a great time though!) I don't need scales to tell me I undid some of the good I had done myself!! I'll weigh in once I'm back on track!
I discovered that I also lost rather than gained. Only 2 lbs and hardly lost any bodyfat so, it must have been muscle. Still, given all that fun, food & beer I had, it could have been a lot worse! lol
I over-indulged aswell. But thats what xmas if for. Geting ratarsed and eating more in 2 days than you would normally eat in a week!
Funny thing was I stayed the same weight throughout.
So i must have lost muscle and gained fat over xmas and now Its back to the way it was and I have just weighed myself today and I'm 2 pounds lighter than I thought i was. Sweet!
