overall weight loss question

Ok so Im the guy who would eat fast food and junk all the time and a few weeks ago I got tired of it and wanted to do something about it.

im 6ft and last week weighed 213

I found an app to help target my goals of first getting below 200. My caloric intake should be 1850 and then I do 30 minutes of eliptical which burns about 350 calories. Well since i started almost 2 weeks ago I am now down to 206 and looking to lose more...along with the eliptical I do bench presses and leg presses ( nothing fancy)

For my question...today Im not that hungry and when I exercise and eat dinner I will have about 350-400 calories left over..like last night. Do I need to fill those calories to keep my body metabolism going (heard that was a myth) or if Im not hungry then dont worry?

sorry for the long post

Are you concerning yourself with simply the calorie number or in ensuring that you are making your calories count by ensuring that you have enough protein, fibre, calcium, healthy fat etc?

For consistent weight loss and proper diet as in your case. You might take help of some real good supplements on the market today that maybe will help you to feel hungry at dinner time so that you can complete your calorie count. Otherwise, your exercise program seems vaid to me.
