Over-doing it?

I just recently starting working out last week. I've been working out every day. I believe this could possibly be part of my problem. It seems my arms are getting tired quicker than they did when I first began working out. This is strange because running and ab workouts have become much easier as days go by, but my arms aren't, and I'm lifting the same amount of weights, same reps and everything. Should I possibly do legs one day, and arms the next, and continue running and doing abs everyday? Thanks from the newbie.

p.s. In might be useful to tell you I have been taking amino supplements. Thanks again.

working out every day will cause more harm than good, remember your body needs time to heal the muscles you tear when working out, this is how u build muscle......

you need to take at least 2 full days off from weight training a week, this doesnt include a leg day.

I experienced my biggest gains in strength and size when i started to take 2 full days off (not in a row), i know its hard, because of the way our mind thinks, more = better, but in this case it is not.

You sound like you are overtraining a bit. What really causes burnout is when you don't allow for your central nervous system (CNS) to recover. You could modify your routine to where you do restorative workouts, max days, and rest days and probably start to see better results.
