Outstanding Leg Workout

If you haven't read any articles by scott abel you damn well should.
I read an article a few days ago about the 'ultimate leg program' and found that he had 3 different leg days that were body weight only, so today I tried his "Quad Blast Circuit" and WOW. I fell back into a wall on the very last rep of the first set, then tried to walk and fell over again. I did only 3 circuits and followed the rest times given and after only 15 minutes of working out my quads are completely blasted. After every single set of the circuit my legs were total jelly. I got it on camera to check form on all the exercises (found a little problem on forward lunges) so I have the fall on camera too haha.

Anyway if anyone here is looking for an incredible leg workout with body weight only, that is very time efficient, read this article and take note of the quad blaster section.

Hey, thanks for sharing that. It's exactly what I need right now. All I've been doing lately is leg workouts because of an injury and I'm bored to tears.

This will help shake things up a bit!
