outa breath

im a 15 yr old freshman and im getting seriuosly into soccer, im in good shape, but when i run to hard i cant breath to well... do i have asthma or am i jsut not conditioned well enough yet? if so what routin can i do to get in better shape and be able to breath when i run?

Most likely it is conditioning. If you had asthma, you would probably know it by age 15. What is your current running program? What is your intensity level and duration as you become short of breath? How long could you run at a medium pace, and what speed would you consider your medium pace?

Once you know these details you can formulate a running plan to fit your needs. After I know a bit more about you I can help you a bit.

I had the same problem and had to build myself up to run any long distance so I would start off just running for 10 minutues, then walk...then increase to 15 and just go from there...it might take a little bit of time if your bodies not use to.

So what I'm saying is when your not playing soccar you need to run and do cardio regularily....Soccar is very tough...my son played and he had to be in shape to keep up...

Use powerbreathe

I have just starting using powerbreathe, for about four weeks now. I can already feel a diffrence and I feel so much fitter. Buy it, it is so good.
£50- it is worth every penny.

Is this spam? Seems like spam to me. Either that or the account in question really likes Powerbreathe.

**Edit**

Yeah, I just went to the website. Copied this:
It is an easy-to-use, drug-free, hand-held device with a comfortable mouthpiece. Within a few days your inspiratory muscles will feel stronger and *within four weeks* your lung function, and ultimately performance, will improve.

Spam!

Just to comment on what johnny said about having asthma. I have never had asthma until a bout three years ago. I just always thought that you was either born with or with out it. Just an FYI. XD
