Every time after I work out, I get a splitting headache. It's really frustrating! It makes me not want to work out sometimes because I know what's coming after the fact. I usually drink about 20oz of water during 45 minutes of cardio, and even though I push myself, I never go to the point that I can't catch my breath...so what am I doing wrong? It's not just a little headache either...it becomes borderline migraine most of the time! I'm fine all day every day - until after I work out. I don't get it! Please help me out everybody, because this is how I feel ---->
