Ouch!

Looks like I wont be exercising for about a week. Today during Musical Rehearsal, we were setting up platforms. The platforms are about 90-100 pounds each, and so 4 people have to pick one up. Well, a platform slipped from someones hand and landed on top of my leg, totally smashing it. It's all tore up and I can't even walk barely. Looks like I need to recover:confused:
 
You mean four small children were lifting 100 lbs right? If four of you are maxing out at 25lbs maybe you should consider juicing it up. It worked for Mark McGuire..:rolleyes:
 
Mostly girls are in the musical...so about 3-4 people a platform unless it's 2 guys moving one. But yes, my leg is better now + I just bought a new bike, so life is good :)
 
I fell down the stairs a few weeks back and cracked my ribs.

It's why I have been a member here and not lost any weight yet...no exercise :(

Been trying to eat well but I get so down that I go back to some bad habits
