other running training

Alright, im training for the army, i start basic training in september, and want to now some good running training, and how often to switch beetween anerobic and aerobic, i have hills, farms, gym near me, so ne ideas please?
At the moment i just do runs like 2/6 miles depending on my mood.

i would do weights 3 times a week and do running twice a week. That should leave time for recovery.
 
I'm with coulson on the weights, but I would up running to 3 days.

Try running 2 days for maintenance and then have a long run day.

On your maintenance days, you could do some hill training or fartlek (intervals).
