Weight-Loss Order of meals and replacement shakes

So I am on a doctor supervised diet consisting of a meal replacement shake, a meal replacement shake with raw veggies and a full, calorie reduced meal a day.

But does anyone know if the order really matter? What I mean is I feel more hungry for 'real' food in the middle of the day so i would prefer my full, calorie reduced meal for lunch. But every meal plan I see and am given for example always goes: shake, snack, shake with veggies, supper (real food). Does the order really matter? For example, could it go shake with veggie, real food, shake, snack? Or will this set me back in the weight loss? I figure as long as I stay within the 1200 calories I am supposed to try and stick to a day it doesn't matter the order, right?

If you are on a medically supervised diet, then you need to ask your doctor. Talking about "every diet I've ever seen" when you're on a particular diet isn't going to be helpful.

Ask your doctor your questions - he or she is the only one who can answer your questions about that diet.

I agree. Ask your doctor.

Most of us here like to eat plenty of proper food at all our meals and dont bother with these diets that just give you a shake and dont cause you to learn proper eating habits that you can use going forward.

If it is supervised by a doctor then that is the person you should ask, in all things health, the advice of the internet < the advice of a doctor that knows your medical history, current condition etc.
