Oral exam tomorrow

Tomorrow is my final exam of this year. An oral exam. Ive already had 3 written ones, after tomorrow this school is over and next year ill be going to a university. Wish me luck everyone!
The class is Norwegian, the subject is the new realistic or ethic realistic litterature era, if that tells you anything :p
 
Good luck man, I'm glad you're taking that test and not me though, sounds nasty :D
 
yeah, worst part is, they can ask me about different norwegian dialects, that is hell :p we gotta learn how to recognise them. Norway has alot of weird dialects..
 
well just dont blow them off like me. i got report cards yesterday. i didnt study for any of my exams. got 3 F's on exams.

my ending grade point average is 3.7 (out of 4.0)
 
Sounds like the Mandarin final I had to take. Albeit we didn't have to recognize dialects because it is a dialect itself and the only one we were studying.

I thought it was great that I could finally converse in Mandarin and then there was no one to reciprocate the language once I graduated.

proteinboy - how did you get 3 F's and still have a 3.7? You must have had all A's up to that point. It seems like 3 F's would've messed up your GPA worse than that, or am I not remembering the system right?

You're thinking of final grades. He's referring to final exams. If his grades were up high enough, then it's possible a bombed final wouldn't drop him too bad. However, I have a hard time seeing grades so high that bombing the final wouldn't drop you significantly. I can't remember not having a final that wasn't worth 20-40% of our final grade.

Maybe you should give the teacher a special oral exam, maybe you will pass with an A++.:D
Aside from joking, what classes are you gonna be taking in university?
 
classes in university.. depends what i get accepted into :p my first choise is some training stuff, i have no idea what its called in english or if they even have it in the US and UK. Directly translated it would be "Movement and sports science".

Just had the exam, ill be getting my grade when all the others are done too, in about 3 hours :p

It's usually called kinesiology here.
 
lol, thanks :p English is a second language, but Norwegians are usually pretty good at it, atleast the young ones, since we get it alot from tv, movies, etc. We dont dub all our stuff like the germans and french do :p
And we do start learning english pretty early in school.

Thats what im doing at uni at the moment, health and sports science.
