Optimum Nutrition Gainer Stuff.

A lot of people say gainers are a waste of money,

However a lot of people say Optimum Nutrition is a good brand.

I am looking to gain weight (bulk)

All my supplements are here now,

Whey, Creatine, Multivitamin, Fish oils, and the gainer stuff

Is this going to be helpful if I have one shake a night before going to bed?

Or have I wasted my money.

(I do also do a FBW 3x a week, on a high protein 5-7 meals a day inc. shakes)
 
Optimum Nutrition is a reputable brand, however weight gainers in general are mostly sugar, bad fats, no solid food, and of course, no greens. However, if you have already bought it, might as well use it up and just stick to some real food down the road.
