Sport Optimum N. Whey Advice

Sport Fitness
So i was sitting down this morning attempting to order some more whey protein, still with a few months of cutting left, and i was planning to go with optimum nutrition's 100% whey. (i supplement it w/ dextrose).

Problem: It is says on the page that the company advises people not to use it for weight reduction...Do they mean cutting? Here's a link--

"Warnings: This product contains whey derived from dairy and lecithin (to improve mixability) derived from soybeans. For use as a dietary supplement only. Do not use for weight reduction"

So...Would i be making a mistake using this whey as i've used other whey while cutting? Would i be better off getting some other whey till i'm done cutting? Save me lol ^^

i think they mean not to use it as a meal replacement drink, only to SUPPLEMENT your current diet. thats what i read.

That's a message telling you not to rely on the low calorie amount it provides as a way to lose weight.

It's basically telling you not to ingest it like it's a meal, it's just a dietary supplement that conveniently provides alot of protein in one sitting that you can take in at pretty much anytime you want.
