Optimum Casien good idea?

I started eating cottage cheese before bed for the casien protien but I noticed it doesn't have much protien and it does have alot of sodium.

I found that ON Casien has much more protien and way less sodium but wanted to know if you all think 1) is casien at night important and 2) is this a good supplement choice?

casien is a good bedtime protein. biggest issue is it doesn't mix up as pretty as whey...usually.

I myself use nitrean because its whey, egg and casein protein, blended well so it mixes easily, coveres my protein bases for fast and slow digesting protein, and it tastes great.

ON pro-complex (name mighta changed) is a similar blended protein.
 
I use ON 100% Casein (Chocolate flavor tastes great!). I usually mix it in milk to get more tastier shake and a little more protein from milk. It's def better than Cottage cheese, due to sodium content as you pointed out.
