Hi, im cipol3, new here.

Before anything else, i am sorry if my english is pretty bad, my mother language is not english.:blush5:

I need your opinions on how my daily exercise is.

Ok, im 16 and still schooling.

Wake up at 5.30am on weekdays, prepare for school. Back home at around 1pm.

Usually after school i will take some rest, watching tv etc.

So, the free time will be at 4pm untill 7pm.

i am at 26 BMI.

Need your opinions on how can i workout, the abs training etc.

Maybe starting off with not so intense training and then ill move slowly to a more intense training.

This might be not the correct section but i too need opinions on how my diet is.

Im so jealous of some of my friend who are in pretty good shape.

Im not so obese, im a bit overweight lol.

If i can get this tummy flattens, or even have 6 pack ill be much happy

Thank you.

You may want to start first by scheduling your exercise time. You may want to start with the Couch-to-5k. But to really change yourself you will have to eventually start lifting weights. Men's Health has some good suggestions and routines for a beginner to start with. But keep educating yourself.

I agree with what Fitnessholiday says. You'll need to get into lifting weights at some point. For right now I'd say to keep your heart rate up to help your metabolism do its job. Unless you can build up some stamina by strengthening your heart and lungs, you won't be able to make the real improvenments in your health. Don't do too much to start. Remember that you didn't get in the shape you're in overnight. And you won't get back into good shape overnight. Pace yourself and listen to your body. Some days you may not feel up to working out, but many times that's just your brain trying to talk you out of it. Focus on just starting the workout. Once you've begun exercising, it's easier to continue. You'll find that in just a short time you'll begin to have more energy and that'll make it easier to continue.

One option might be to stand up and walk or jog in place while you watch TV. This will at least get your heart going. One thing I have seen too many times is having unrealistic expectations about how you feel your body should be. You mention 6 pack abs. Believe it or not almost everyone has 6 pack abs, we just don't all have 0% body fat so that they are visible, Start with some easy cardio to get your body used to it and gradually ad in some weight training and ab work.

In my opinion, stretching is also a very important part of an active lifestyle. I helps keep you limber for those cardio workout days.

As mentioned above, come up with a plan and try with all your heart to stick to it. Don't be too agressive on the exercises to start off with and try to enjoy the process of working out and the incredible feeling that you get post workout.

Give it a try and good luck. These forums are a great place to come to if you ever need some motivation!

Thanks guys for the advice.

I'll try to motivate myself to stay on the schedule.

I've look into the couch-to-50k running plan and it is pretty interesting.

I will start with that running plan and eventually starts to lifting weight, abs training etc.

More advice and opinions will be so grateful!
