Weight-Loss Only able to eat 3 times a day.

Hello i am new here! I am trying to lose weight for the billionth time.
What i used to do was eat small meals 5 or 6 times a day but with my current job i only get a lunch break at 1 and have no time to take breaks in between. I am active in my job, i work in a large shelter cleaning cages ect..and i drink either vitamin water or poweraid (thats probably bad right?) What would you reccomend for someone who eats at 8:30, 1, and 7:30 each day? I pack my lunch so i couldnt cook anything at work. Would you suggest some type of "shake" i can drink while i work during the day? Or just plain water? I am off two times a week so should i eat 5-6 meals when i am off? thanks in advance!
 
I never eat more than three meals a day... and the only cold drinks I drink are water! You cannot go wrong by drinking a few liters of water a day!
 
I'd replace the powerades and vitamin waters (unless its the low-calories ones, but those taste aweful in my opinion so I'm guessing not?) with just water. Or get some of those packets thaty ou can add to water that have low calories (the ice tea ones were like 5 calories and tasted good. Lipton I think).

3 meals a day isn't going to hurt your diet. Its not going to make any difference at all. Just have some low calorie snacks on hand that fit into your daily calories to get you through the long stretches between meals. You should be fine.
