Onedaychallenge

Goal : To commit to eating healthy for just one day.

The purpose it to get through one day at a time. I figure if i just focus on the one day I won't sabotage myself as usually do!

so this is how it looks I set my goal for the next day

#onedaychallenge Day 1 eat fruit for breakfast then post a pic of my breakfast so I am accountable.

#onedaychallenge Day 2 Fruit for breakfast, Soup for lunch Vegetables for dinner
