Hey guys. As it's July I've officially been on this site one year. :) I would like to say thank you to all those people who have helped me out, and thank you to all of those people who will help me out in the future. This is a great community, and I look forward to another year with you guys :D

Also this is just from the member search bar, and faint memory but:
Proteinboy, deschain, CCR, danny, missyv, dougp25
have also been here a year, and I know for a fact PB will have something to say, after that amazingly heart warming 1,000 post thread :p

Congratz! An entire year of even thinking about health and fitness is honorable to say the least.

I'm gunna go out on a limb and say, other than professionals, "most" people are haunted by health and fitness.

I gave it a huge break when I just surfed around from around Oct to March. At one point I was on 0.4 posts per day. But still, I can't quite keep to the posting expectations of you.

I've been here a year! Holy sh*t, I really need to start getting on with some work! :yelrotflmao:

Sorry, been off for a week so just seen the thread. It seems that nothing much has been posted in the last 7 days or so it's been easy to catch up
 
That's b/c we've all been busy drinking and blowing stuff up (the week of the fourth).
Alcohol and gun powder - what a beautiful combination.
