One Quick Question...

1). is this ok? :

Monday: HIIT
Tuesday: 35 Min Run
Wednesday: HIIT
Thursday: 35 Min Run
Friday: HIIT
Saturday: 35 Min Run
Sunday: Rest

i know you shouldnt do more than one day of HIIT in a row, however im just not sure whether you should run AT ALL on the following day of HIIT session.

I think this would depend a lot on the activity you were doing for your HIIT. For example, if you were doing something like an elliptical machine, which is low impact, I would say go ahead and run the next day.

well on the non-hiit days, i would do a 35 min/4 mile run.

and on the HIIT days, i would do this:

10mins warmup run
-then-
1min jog
1min sprint
repeating that pattern for 20 mins

so would it be ok to run on the day after a HIIT session or should i just not do any running at all?
