hi guys... just wondering.. im 15 and ive been weight training for almost a year now.. i use protein shakes.. someone told me that at my age it is a stupid idea using protein shakes as they arnt as beneficial.. i usually take them after a workout. but reasontly have decided im going to start taking them in mornings after aswell. does anything have any objections or agree with the fact it is pointless? or should i continue. please reply
