Sport one meal

so, i've been doing 6 meals a day for a while, and really enjoy the results. I like to try different meals to throw off my body, and i was thinking that about 90% of yall do this diet. To get down to it, I was wondering if you can tell me one of your favorite meals of your 6 meals. Personally, mine has to be a burrito with black beans, wheat tortilla, chicken, and mozerella cheese. Thanks to everyone for their feedback

A bowl of chili made with extra lean sirloin. You cannot beat this food for weight training. Super healthy and LOTS of protein!!

Well I have a lot of favorite meals, I like food! Here is something that just came up in my mind though

2 toasted slices of 10 grain or multi-grain bread
100 g smoked salmon
1 leaf of lettuce
1/2 tomato, sliced
1 tbsp. mustard

with a side salad with some sort of vinaigrette or a serving of vegetables and 1/4 cup of cashews or other nuts.

I like have a ham, egg, & cheese sandwhich on wheat.

2 slices of wheat bread toasted
4 egg whites scrambled with tabasco
1/2 piece of cheese
3-4 pieces deli sliced lean ham
mustard

This is really good. I'm about to cut carbs out though so:( I'll have to figure a different way to make it.. the toast is the best part:(

I've made something like that, it is really good indeed. :D

I had the local grocer run 6 lean sirloin steaks through the grinder for me. Then i grabbed a can of black beans, kidney beans, 3 cans of diced tomatoes with garlic and olive oil, a sweet onion, a bell pepper and chili seasoning. Let it all fly in a crock pot on low for 10 hours. I do this every few weeks or so. This stuff will build muscle like nothing else!!!

My boyfriend has a huge container of fruit punch whey that he never used. I first though "yuck!" but free protein was too good to pass up. I started putting it in my oatbran and to my surprise it's one of my favorites meals of the day :) Adding some blueberries sweeten the deal even more :)

My favourite meal would have to be the one I probably eat far too often!
5 egg omelette (5 whites, 1 yolk)
grilled chicken breast
broccolli

Bit of soy sauce and ground black pepper for extra flavouring and, if I've been training hard and feel like I've earned a treat, a bit of mature cheddar grated inside the omelette.

meal 1: in a bowl
2tbs peanutbutter, 1 scoop whey, add water and stir until pasty.
microwave 50 seconds.
eat your new cake like protein peanutbutter thingy : D (thanks to stroutman)

meal 2:
1 cup cottage cheese, 2 tbs peanut butter. its really good together

meal 3: protein waffles
mix 1 cup eggs, 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 cup oatmeal, 1 tbs baking powder well. optional bananna, fig, or other dissolvable fruit may be added. put these into your waffle iron and it melds it into a great protein waffles. : D 20 protein and 20 carbs each(thanks to derwydon)

meal 4: huge bowl of salad
mix tons of lettuce, spinache and brocolli and whatever other veggies you like with a basalmic vinager dressing (made with olive oil). add some lunchmeat, or chicken, or salmon, or tuna. add some peanuts. enjoy

I like the slop you get from that prior to the nuking part. When I nuked it, it was too dry for me. But I'm definitely incorperating the slop into my diet. Great for when I crave something sweet.
