One cheat

If you could have one cheat meal of your choice right now, what would it be?

I ask b/c I'm hungry and in an hour or so I'm going to get some food. I'm completely undecided.

Grilled cheese, bacon and tomato on rye bread...

and a bowl of tomato bisque..

That does sound appetizing.

I'm leaning toward a dish from red lobster to be honest. Some sort of cajun chicken on pasta.

But pizza is screaming my name for some reason too.

I hate food choices. My mind decision making abilities shut down immediately.

Right this minute, it would be Hibachi Filet and Shrimp w/fried rice and lottsa seafood sauce from the Japanese Steakhouse.

Well I went with a slice of pizza to hold me over for shrimp scampi (sp?) later tonight.

Right now I feel like everything I eat is a cheat meal. Hahaha. I don't care what Mal says I loooove keto. :D

I was gonna suggest a large rack of ribs, some broccoli and a couple sides of garlic shrimp (or scampi, same difference - and yes that is the correct spelling). This is actually what I ate no less than 3 times last weekend. What can I say I likes what I like.

If you lived in Calgary I could point you to some absolutely amazing pizza, and/or some ridiculously good "vietnachinese" food. Mmm.

I think I would take a vermicelli bowl with char-grilled pork....so tasty, but in all honesty want I really want is some alcohol. A gin buck sounds wonderful.

I'm strange.... I don't like BBQ ribs. I just don't like BBQ sauce....

Everyone says I'm missing out but if you don't like the sauce, how can ya like the ribs?

Now there's a strange coincidence. I don't like sauce either, of any kind, for the most part. Just salt, sometimes. The occasional green herb or some pepper. I like the taste of charred meat, is what it is for me. I go in for what many consider the best BBQ in town and order it with no sauce. I always get these looks like, "What is the point?" But what can you do.

Hamburgers, all I get on them is pickles. Lettuce, tomato and such too. I'm always trying to explain to people that if it tastes bad enough that you need to put a sauce or condiment on it why even get it in the first place? But it's really not a very good argument. :p

not all bbq sauce is super sweet tomato based... there's other types of sauces...

You need a road trip to North Carolina :)

**ribs freak me out completely - pulled pork is much better **

Hahahaha, that's the same damn argument I'm always trying to make.

I'm just not a fan of that kind of stuff.

I don't eat ketchup, mayo, etc, etc.

The only sauce I do like is hot wings. Mmmm MMMMMMM do I love me some hot wings.

the best bbq sauce is vinegar based - not ketchuppy at all...

Wings are freaky too.. bones - shudder...
