Ok, so this is for everyone, and it doesn't really matter when you join, so don't worry about joining late :)

The whole point of the One A Day Challenge is to do one healthy thing per day, whether it be eating a piece of fruit instead of those biscuits, or going for a walk/jog/run - anything you can think of that will benefit you instead of harming you, basically.

What I want from you is to write down those things you do, one per day (or more if you manage to) to give others ideas to help them in what they can do each day. Variety is the spice of life they say, so why not try one new thing every day, so you can enjoy yourself!

The end date I'm thinking will be the 31st of July (I don't know why... something to do with it being a sunday so the next challenge can start on a monday???), however if people want to carry on, that's fine with me :D

Today I decided NOT to eat the left-overs in the fridge as well as my lunch.
(i know it's not much but i haven't gotten around to going for my walk yet haha) :)
 
Today I decided to swim 1km in our local pool and had a fat free smoothie for breakfast instead of coco pops.
 
Today I finally pushed myself and broke my record of lengths swam in the pool at my gym. Swam 850m, or just over half a mile :D
 
today i went swimming for 2 hours, had about 5 minutes break half way through but kept going anyway :) and i have had: meusli for breakfast and cous-cous salad for lunch :D
 
todayi i woke up really early and went for a jog at about 5:30am! really happy about that :D

today i walked the 4 miles home after my night shift (which actually made me really awake so didn't get much sleep for my night shift tonight - oh dear! haha) :)
 
50 minutes on elliptical and half hour walk around neighborhood and Might go for a bike ride in a bit...that was today.

walked home from work again this morning. so very tired now, off to bed :D
 
i rode my bike yesterday 20kilometres, hopeing to start eating healthy tomorrow and more bike rideing threw the week.
 
had a vegy stir fry, eat alot less bread. weight 94kilo

started today with cereal, hopefully will eat healthy all the way threw. 27/12 94kilos
