Ok, so this is for everyone, and it doesn't really matter when you join, so don't worry about joining late
The whole point of the One A Day Challenge is to do one healthy thing per day, whether it be eating a piece of fruit instead of those biscuits, or going for a walk/jog/run - anything you can think of that will benefit you instead of harming you, basically.
What I want from you is to write down those things you do, one per day (or more if you manage to) to give others ideas to help them in what they can do each day. Variety is the spice of life they say, so why not try one new thing every day, so you can enjoy yourself!
The end date I'm thinking will be the 31st of July (I don't know why... something to do with it being a sunday so the next challenge can start on a monday???), however if people want to carry on, that's fine with me

Today I decided NOT to eat the left-overs in the fridge as well as my lunch.
(i know it's not much but i haven't gotten around to going for my walk yet haha)
