Once again

Well here I go again trying to diet again. I have been so called dieting for about 5 years but I feel confident that I will suceed this time. I do not eat any enriched flour, potatoes or pasta, no more than 1200 calories a day and no more than 30 grams of fat and no sugar or corn syrup in first 3 ingredients. I know this diet works I was on this diet before and was able to lose 25 lbs in 2 weeks then I went back to eatingall those bad foods again. I also exercise 30 minutes before bed using the total gym and a stair climber and I hope to see results quickly. My goal is 150lbs and I'm currently at 204. I think my goal is very achievable.
