Sport ON Opti-Men Vitamins

Sport Fitness
So I looking into a multi-vitamin to add to my diet. The only other supplement I take is ON Whey so I started looking into their website. I found this Opti-Men Multi Vitamin. Does anyone have any reviews on this or could maybe recommend a better one for me.

I'm looking into something that will protect my joints, seeing how most of my training is boxing and running. I'm 20 year old male so I don't really need a one a day mens +50. hehe. Just need a little advise what to look for in a multi vitamin.

Also I kinda need it on the cheap side, $30.00 dollars max for 90 day supply. I'm going to order tomorrow off of vitaminshoppe.com cause they have my protein powder cheaper than the local GNC. So any advice or recommendations would be awesome!

Thanks Guys

I recommend my clients and I use the VGF 25+.

It has 25 vegetables, and Fruits nutrient-rich concentrates from whole foods. Is more easily absorbed and used by your body than a synthetic blend.

It also has Phytonutrients, Enzymes, Amino Acids, Macro and Trace Minerals.

Sorry if this looks like a comercial. I get it from progradepr.com

I use less than the recommended dose: 2 instead of 3 a day. One in the morning and one before bed.

They work for me.
I hope this helps

in terms of vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients, the best thing you can do is take a phytonutrient blend, like progressive vegegreens or other brands, and for the vitamins and minerals take a multivitamin. You don't really need more than that. Most brands of mutlivitamin are almost all exactly the same, so you shouldn't fret too much about the brand. If you want to help protect your joints look into a glucosamine supplement. It usually comes in the form of glucosamine sulphate. Glucosamine Wikipedia
