On my days of rest between weights I tend to feel pretty stiff really - for example I managed to pull a muscle slightly in my back this morning very easily at breakfast, now its aching, and I imagine its going to take a day or 2 to return to normal!
Im only 23 FFS, feeling very unsupple.
However, on the days I do weights it frees me right up, and I feel great.
Thing is over the weekend, I have 2 days off, as I work out on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and its over the weekend that I feel like Im going downhill already!
Does this make any sense, I dont think Im working out hard enough.
