i use to say "if it goes in the mouth it goes in the log". but that sounds a little obscene so now i just say "if its calories, count it".
i see a serving size is 4tbsp. if 3 servings fits into your meal plan and doesnt make you go over your needed calories, it would be fine. more variety would be better but depends on your total meal plan and what you are able to do with it.
well what I have planned is 3 shakes a day one in the morning and after my work out and one before bed. I am a bit worried about fat I was going to do a serving of the powerbutter and like to scoops of protein with a couple of bananas as a weight gainer because I have problems eating large amounts of food. that is the reason for the supplementation then I would just have to slide three other meals in between these times. that's where the majority of my fat intake is going to be in my powerbutter- which makes me kind of nervous I might even do like half of a serving of power butter so that it lasts longer I have to budget my money as much as possible because Im movin out of the nest
