now we all know olive oil has good fats in it, Im just a bit foggy about this I think that when you cook with olive oil most or all of the good fats cook off and evaporate, just confirming this don't feel like looking it up atm.
Q: do good fats from olive oil burn off during cooking?
350 F degrees - 5-10min
