Hi everyone I'm 43years old, I've been having issue loosing weight. I tried all kind of fat burner capsule but nothing happened. I'm currently 77 KG, last year before the pandemic started I only gained 70 KG, I'm not eating rice for few years now, I stop drinking softdrinks, I only drink alcohol once a year, I stop smoking 10 years ago, I can run 10KM 3 times a week but I feel like I keep gaining weight. I started to loose weight when I start intermittent fasting 2 years ago but I was having a hard time doing the fasting again. My vitamins is berroca and I drink Fit L-Carnitine with Tea Polyphenols twice a a day and I'm not sure if that causing me gain more weight. Any suggestion? Thank you

Unless you are a vegetarian with a poor diet this supplement is not helping you.

While tea and the chemical therein are usual not unhealthy it is not some magic weight loss solution.

If your trying to sell that particular MLM product and not asking a genuine question, it would be considered SPAM.
