my goal is just to be healthy, not to lose or gain weight. soon to start doin push ups sit ups and running, and no access to the gym.

thanks 4 the help

Start packing healthier lunches? I dont know if you bring a lunch box but if you do, you could bring like mayo packs and a can of tuna with a can opener and just mix it there and put it in your sandwich. start making your meals at night time? Like you could hard boil eggs for two days or whatever then in the morning just peel them before you head to work and eat like 2 eggs and 2 egg whites and some oatmeal or something, Gatorade isn't bad for you i would say but try to substitute the pop with water? ice packs can do miracles for your lunch heh. That could be a start I guess

Eliminating the soda will make the biggest difference for you. Soda is for special occasions only. The only time I ever drink any is when I drink ginger ale (with real ginger) to help with a stomach ache. Two sodas a day is very bad and may lead to diabetes if you aren't careful.

Eliminate those sodas and gatorade replace with water. The first 2 weeks you will feel sugar withdrawal but after that you'll feel alot more energetic and youll lose prob lose some weight

ok, sound like cuttin back the sugars is going to be a task... but i got it. thanks for the informaton, any other helpful tips on my limited schedule will help.

Yeah, white bread has higher glycemic index than sugar!
