Hi guys, Im new and wanted to drop a few words to introduce myself. I'm 23 and around 120 lbs and want to lose about 10 pounds of fat- I dont really care if i loss weight, I just want to tone up (flab is everywhere) and get healthy and fit into my size three clothing again. Currently I'm a size 7, and would like to fit into my old clothes by the end of this summer. This past year has been rough with a horrible school schedule but hopefully this summer of stress free (well as much as possible) will help me not stress eat so much.

I have a question: how do I post in a diary form. lol I know I'm posting now- but this posting stuff is so foreign to me. :confused:

Hopefully this keeping a food and exercise diary will help keep track of my eating habits and keep me motivated.

and BTW I think this forum is such a great Idea. It gives people like us alot of support and motivtion.

Welcome to the site!! I can totally relate to having a horrible school schedual...thats how I gained all my weight! I'm new to this whole forum stuff too. To make your own diary, click on weight loss diary on the home page. Then just start a new thread (orange box in the left corner) and chose a title for your diary...and your all set!
