Ok, I should have kept on running now shouldn't I?

OK well Im new to the board (actually this is my first post) so you know. Well Im 16 (male) I was weighing in @ 205 exactly one year ago. Till I realized that I really needed to lose weight cause well honestly I wanted to look better. So I started Dieting on and off went down to about 195. The about 5 months ago I decided I would start a cardio, So I ran everyday for about 30 minutes and increased time gradually. I stopped running about 2 months ago (In the end of Feburary), then I swam for a bit, but grew tired and bored of it. All Im doing now Is working out with my weight set and my abdominals. Well in the end I still have my love handles. Whichis what my whole topic is about. I know spot reducing is impossible so what would be my other option for losing these things? Should I keep on running?

If you want to loose weight you must keep on running or do other cardio workout.
anyway even if you dont want to loose weight and just want to keep your buddy fat low keep do cardio.
it is a must for any workout.

I think that if you want to run to loose fat and have enough strength to lift weights you should run between 3-4 times a week. its even ok to run 2 times a week if you run right and not bluff.

Ohh, alright today around 4 I woke up to run for about 20 minutes. Is that enough? Or should I run a bit more. (and yes I run...... well not vigourously, but a good jog). And BTW I use a sweater to run (i live in Miami, so go and figure).

i know, think and believe that the optimal running time for the besr results is between 20-40 minuts and between 3-4 times a week.
do that and you will get results in no time.
its more then enough as long as you do it right.

when i say right i mean that you dont stop in the middle, run one day a week and the next week run 2 days and in the week after you dont run.
i mean that you should run 3 days a week on a regular bases, run 20- 30 minuts without a break if you can, if you cant build your power until you can.
thaat what i meant when i said do it right.

and another thing, run heel to toe, it will reduce the damage to your knees.

Ohhh alright, i always do that..... So i wouldn;t have a prob. Alright thanx for all the help./
