I have hit a snag on the Cohens journey - the scales are not budging and I know a loss is a loss but 200gm in a week is disturbing!!!!! So to keep myself motivated I am after some inspiration in the kitchen to mix things up a bit. I have tried most of the recipes from website and plus some, but too be honest I am BORED with what recipes I have. If I eat one more serve of cauliflower and chicken I will go crazy , and hubby has complained about the smell of cauli in the kitchen reminds him of an old farmers wife (he is from depths of Ireland so god knows what image he has in his head )
Tried spinch and feta for lunch today and still regret the choice, I am so mad with myself that I have decided never to have feta again whilst on the program because every time I use it I stuffed it up.
So if your having success in the kitchen I need your ideas. Breakfast is covered thanks to my yoghurt and apple but lunch and dinner ideas yes please.
