Ok confused again, 1 more time

My older brother is studying to become a doc. of medicine.

my general question is about CREATINE POWDER AND HOW TO EFFEC. USE IT, WHEN/HOW SOON TO TAKE IT, AND GET THE MOST OUT OF IT.

He said I need to workout 30 minutes of cardio, then weight a little bit then weight lift, then take a whey protien mix with a good creatine pwder mixed with it and to eat a lot off carbs and protien and to avoid sodium and certain sugars (including fake sugars). he said to do this about 2-4 weeks into an aggressive workout/conditioning plan is underway. to drink plenty of water while doing this. do the 1 week of loading and then about 1-2 more weeksw of this cocktail to even the leval in my body while still coditioning my body but giving it a little more push every day. then to stop the creatine mix, keep up the other stuff and slamming down some serious reps. for another 1-2 months. he said you need to watch for strains in the muscles and any signs of bladder problems or kidney problems to slow the intake of the cocktail and load more water into the body. he said to take all mixes about 30 min. after a workout atleast 6 days if not seven a week. plenty of water, don't over step personal boundries and to follow manufact. directions on the creatine powders labeling. BEST TO TAKE IT AS EARLY IN THE DAY AS POSSIBLE

is this true and correct to the T, or are there any modifications , warnings or such related about this that he forgot to tell me or i missed. please provide only the upmost true knowledge as my brother will also be using all the responses in his career. he also said its more effective if you have been body building after years and are totaly fit to use the cocktail including creatine.
Can somebody please explain to me the right way to take creatine and the protien mix? I dont really get it im new to all of this. PLEASE HELP

CONFUSED CREATINE CONSUMER

:S:S:S: can someone help

Just make it easy on yourself and drink some fat free chocolate milk mixed with creatine or powdered gatorade mixed with creatine post-workout.

Carbs and creatine are good post-workout. Protein isn't your main concern post-workout but wouldn't hurt to get some in. Then as soon as you're hungry, eat again.

So I need to creatine and I need the protien, just say I run for 30 minutes, and I weight lift for an hour(I work everything out)

What don't you get?

Take your creatine after working out as soon as you can. Take 3-5 grams of powder. Consume some carbs. Consume some protein.

Your brother is over-complicating stuff. Workout with some kind of goal and plan in mind. Judge using your results if you're meeting your goal. If not, evaluate your weak points and bring them up.

Ok, your brother might be training to be a sports medicine doctor...but that doesn't mean he knows anything about training.
If he did, he'd know that you do weights first, then cardio. ALWAYS.

Otherwise, follow Evolution's advice.
