Sport Oh man. Big time help please.

I work out early in the mornign where time is very limitied. Anyways, I get up at 5:30 and walk to the gym by 6. The problem is eating, I dont have time to eat a meal good enough for a weight lifting session. I just drink a protein shake and an apple and a scoop of cottage cheese before i walk to the gym and then after drink another protein shake and my breakfast. Is the pre workout meal enough to prevent muscle loss?
 
yes. it'd be better in terms of building muscle and strength if you could work out later in that.

but what you're doing is good for fat loss. you could even have a whole food meal post workout instead of the shake if you wanted to.
