I work out early in the mornign where time is very limitied. Anyways, I get up at 5:30 and walk to the gym by 6. The problem is eating, I dont have time to eat a meal good enough for a weight lifting session. I just drink a protein shake and an apple and a scoop of cottage cheese before i walk to the gym and then after drink another protein shake and my breakfast. Is the pre workout meal enough to prevent muscle loss?
