Trans fat... it's labeled as THE bad guy out in the nutrition world. But do we know anything about it? Here's a simple definition from .
"An unsaturated fatty acid produced by the partial hydrogenation of vegetable oils and present in hardened vegetable oils, most margarines, commercial baked foods, and many fried foods. An excess of these fats in the diet is thought to raise the cholesterol level in the bloodstream."
HOLY HELL STOP RIGHT THERE JUST A TIC. Ok, so we know it's so far...
- unsaturated
- it's fat
- and it's acid.
WHAT THE HELL DO THEY TALK AOBUT IN THE REST?!
IS there a way to get rid of trans fat in our bodies?
Does exercising and working out BURN trans fat?? Or are we doomed to reading every single nutritional value on the back of the food item we are buying?
SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL ME BECAUSE ...
1. I dont' wanna die.
2. I don't wanna die.
3. I REALLY dont' wanna die.
I accidentally bought these banana chocolate muffins from Loblaws today and i read the nutritional value and HOLY CAMOLEY!! TRANS FAT OVERBOARD!! It's almost at 2 g!!! KISS MY VERY MUSCULAR AND YET BEAUTIFUL ASS!!! ARe they trying to kill us?! What the fruit?!?!
PLEASE... SOMEBODY who is knowledgable in nutrition, tell me WHERE trans fat is most naturally found such as chocolate... or strawberry.. or wherever, and HOW to get rid of it, and WHAT I SHOULD DO !!!!
CURSE YOU TRANS FAT!!! DIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
